Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns only for orders placed through popscaper.com. To initiate a return, please review the following guidelines:
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged. If you encounter any quality issues, please contact our customer service within 15 days of delivery and provide documentation as specified in our Return & Refund Policy. Thank you for your understanding.
1. Non-Returnable Items
aReturns or exchanges are not supported for personal reasons such as "disliking" or "not wanting" the product.
2. Apply for the after-sales process
All returns must be authorized by our Customer Service team. To qualify:
✔ Original Condition: Product, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
✔ Proof of Purchase: Provide an order number or receipt.
For Defective Items:
1. Contact Us Immediately: Email a video demonstrating the issue, including
1.1. Defect close-ups
1.2. Original packaging with label
1.3. Order number visible
2. Troubleshooting: Follow our instructional videos. If unresolved, we’ll cover all return/replacement costs.
3. How to Refund
1. Email popscaper@gmail.com with:
1.1. Order number
1.2. Return reason + product photo
2. Await confirmation (within 2 business days) with return instructions.
3. Ship to our designated address using your preferred carrier.
Note: Unauthorized returns (sent without prior approval) will be rejected.
4. Refund Timeline
1. Approved refunds are processed within 24 hours.
2. Allow 3–15 business days for bank processing.
3. Contact us if your refund doesn’t appear after 15 days.
5. Order Cancellations
Pre-Shipment: Free cancellation if requested before processing.
Post-Shipment: Returns must be initiated after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that violate these terms. Fraudulent claims may result in account suspension.
