2. Free Shipping Eligibility
Free shipping applies to orders over $69 to:
- United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico)
- United Kingdom
- European Union (all member states)
- Select Asian Countries/Regions: Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, and more.
We ship worldwide to additional countries (e.g., Canada, Australia, UAE) for a calculated fee at checkout. Note:
Restricted Areas: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, or regions with export/import bans.
3. Shipping & Duties Policy
To ensure a seamless experience, all prices on our website include international shipping costs and import duties/taxes. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
If the courier or any third party requests extra payment:
- Politely refuse the payment demand.

We will resolve the issue directly with the shipping provider—no action or cost is required from you.

Unclaimed parcels returned to us will be refunded minus incurred fees.
